Sign In to Box

As with all University-level services, sign in to Box using your ONID username and password. You will need to click the "Continue" button to access the ONID login screen.

How to Use Box

Box is a great tool for storing personal files, coursework, and most types of research data. You can upload entire folders from your device or create new Microsoft files right in the Box environment, then share your data with other Box users.

You are not allowed to use Box for data classified as “Protected Information.” You may, however, use Box for data classified as “Sensitive Information.”

At its most basic levels, Box allows you to upload, create and share files. When you're in Box, you may click the "Upload" button to upload files from your computer or device, or click the "New" button to create files or folders right within Box. Although you may store an unlimited amount of data on Box, each file must be less than 15 GB. Note: IE 9, 10 & 11 limit upload file size to 4GB.  To upload a file larger than 4GB you must use a different browser.
